Cut down eating foods that are known to increase the cholesterol levels in the body.

Like tobacco, alcohol too does nothing good to your body. If you can’t give up drinking completely, cut down the alcohol intake. Sleep for 7 hours: For the body to function smoothly, healthy sleep is very important. But it’s the quality of sleep that you should focus on rather than quantity. For a healthy body, you need to sleep for 7 hours daily, sleeping more than that will only contribute to health disorders. And if you suffer from any sleep disorder like insomnia or sleep apnea, get yourself treated.


Lose weight: Obesity makes you susceptible to various ailments such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease and a lot more. Being overweight or obese can increase your chances of suffering from a stroke attack. Shed off the excess weight through diet and exercise, and keep yourself physically fit.
